1. Do you ship worldwide?

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number by email. You can track your package directly on the DHL website.
3. How are the cards packaged?
All graded cards are shipped in secure protective packaging. We use bubble wrap, cardboard reinforcements, and sturdy boxes to ensure safe delivery. Larger orders may be double-boxed.
4. Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the card and slab are in the same condition as received. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
5. Are the cards authentic?
Absolutely. All cards listed are authentically graded by third-party grading companies such as PSA, BGS, or CGC. Certification numbers are included in product listings.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Stripe, PayPal, REcolut, credit/debit cards, bank transfer
7. Who covers customs fees and import taxes?
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
8. What if my package is lost or damaged?
All orders are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and details, and we will file a claim with DHL.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
10. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
